Youthly (“we”, “us”) provides the Youthly mobile app focused on longevity and wellbeing.
2. Data we process
- Account: email, name (if provided), Apple ID if you use Sign in with Apple.
- Usage data: anonymised or pseudonymised app events (or disabled if you opt out).
- Wellbeing data (optional): habits, goals, journals you choose to enter.
- Diagnostics: crash and performance data to improve reliability.
3. Purposes
- Provide app features (coach, tracking, backup).
- Customer support and security.
- Product analytics and improvement.
- Service communications (e.g., important changes).
4. Legal bases
- Contract: to deliver the service you requested.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, improvement.
- Consent: analytics/marketing notifications where applicable.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted processors (hosting, analytics, support) bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
6. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it. You can request account deletion at any time.
7. Security
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS).
- Good security practices and access control.

The service is intended for users aged 16+ (or local age of majority). We do not knowingly process children’s data without parental consent.

11. Third parties & SDKs
- Analytics & crash reporting (e.g., Firebase) — configurable in‑app.
- In‑app purchases via Apple; we do not receive your card details.
